NICK AYLES
Nick commenced his career in 1982 as a graduate trainee at Knight Frank and Rutley before moving to become a partner in the London commercial division of Strutt and Parker.
He then went on to set up Ayles Heath which merged with Phipps Buchanan Neve to form AHBN in 2003.
His career has been focused on the retail sector and he has been involved with a considerable number of retail developments, letting of shopping centres as well as the acquisition and sale of retail investments within the High Street, supermarkets and out of town retail warehousing. Initially in his career, Nick acted for a number of well known retail companies on the acquisition/disposal of new stores. As a result, he has a detailed understanding of their requirements and has maintained good contacts within the industry.

ALEX BUCHANAN
Alex commenced his career in 1984 at Barrington Laurence in London before moving to Strutt and Parker where he became a partner in the London commercial division.
Alex teamed up with Simon Neve in 1996 to form Phipps Buchanan Neve which later merged with Ayles Heath to become AHBN in 2003.
He specialises in industrial and office investments, fundings and developments.
The partnership is also involved with Kildrummy Property Investments Ltd, which provides an opportunity for professional investors to invest in UK commercial property.
